As an RECE, you will play a critical role in supporting the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children in our care. *Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote the development of children.  Observe and document children's progress and behavior, sharing observations with parents and staff to support individualized learning.  Collaborate with colleagues and families to support the well-being and learning goals of each child.  Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including health and safety standards. *Must possess a College Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) in Ontario is required.  Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff.  A fulfilling role making a positive impact on children's early learning experiences.
