As an RECE, you will play a critical role in supporting the cognitive, emotional, social, and physical development of children in our care. *Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and experiences that promote the development of children. Observe and document children's progress and behavior, sharing observations with parents and staff to support individualized learning. Collaborate with colleagues and families to support the well-being and learning goals of each child. Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements, including health and safety standards. *Must possess a College Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE) from a recognized Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE) in Ontario is required. Previous experience in an early childhood education setting is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, families, and staff.
