The Grotto Spa's _Treetop Tapas & Grill_ is a distinct culinary experience. Situated in an intimate 30-seat, reservations-only setting, and featuring a set menu with a uniform tapas presentation.

*Duties and Responsibilities*

As a Chef De Partie, your leadership will help enhance the operations and its team by providing quality food, served with genuine care and passion to our restaurant in our award-winning spa. You will help train our entry level cooks, supervise line and meal execution, and ensure your team maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen and engage in a fun supportive environment.

*Qualifications:*

· 3-5 plus years of experience an asset

· Passion for culinary

· high service & quality standards

· motivated to work in a creative, positive, and team-oriented environment

· Red Seal Certification or international equivalent preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
