Using the latest technology and operating one of the most modern fleets in the industry, we offer truckload and LTL service between Ontario, Quebec, and 48 American states. 00 per hour, paid weekly by direct deposit * $00 per hour shift incentive for weekday midnight shifts * Two $400 performance bonuses annually (pro-rated)* Extended health and dental care * Clean, bright, modern shop with up-to-date equipment and the latest diagnostic software * On-site parking * Casual dress. _*We are looking to hire full-time licensed *Truck Mechanic (310T License) and Trailer (310J) Mechanics, *for our Alliston, Ontario location. _*Conducting routine and scheduled inspections on trucks, trailers, and other heavy-duty vehicles, to identify and address any mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic issues * Utilizing specialized diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the source of mechanical problems, and provide accurate repair recommendations * Executing necessary repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks on engines, transmissions, brakes, steering systems, and other components to see to it that vehicles are in optimal working condition * Making certain that all repairs and maintenance activities adhere to company, industry, and regulatory standards * Implementing quality checks to guarantee vehicles meet or exceed safety requirements; Ordering and managing our inventory of spare parts and components, thus ensuring their availability for repairs and replacements * Valid Truck Mechanic, Coach Mechanic (310T) and/or Trailer Mechanic (310J) licenses * Registered apprentices will also be considered. * Valid driver's license * One year's experience as a Truck Mechanic and/or Trailer Mechanic, preferably in the transportation industry * Computer literacy and familiarity with computerized diagnostic tools and equipment applications is a definite asset * Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems—including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems * Valid driver's license. _Warren Gibson Limited is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, fostering diversity and inclusion.*#Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Dental care * What is your preferred shift? trucking mechanic: 310T or 310J License (required)*
