My client, a professional services firm in Montreal, is looking for a Bilingual Payroll Specialist, to be responsible for Payroll and Benefits for their staff across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Processing payroll for hourly and salaried workers on a bi-weekly basis.
• WCB and EHT submissions
• Processing benefits billing
• RRSP enrolment
• Prepare ROEs.
• Tracking any vacation and time off
• Dealing with inquiries from Service Canada and CRA

Experience

• 2+ years of payroll and benefits experience.
• Full cycle payroll experience in a professional services firm
• Working knowledge of Multi-Provincial Canadian payroll
• Good attention to detail and strong numerical skills
