Coalbanks Elementary School is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic professional educator to join their team as an Elementary School Music Teacher who will be responsible to teach all students from kindergarten to grade 5. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students in learning, be enthusiastic, flexible, and an energetic team player who: Holds a degree and has training in Music; Has an understanding of music curriculum implementation; Has previous experience with organizing performances (considered an asset); Has previous experience teaching in an Elementary school (considered an asset); Applicants must possess or be eligible to obtain an Alberta Teaching Certificate. In order to ensure and maintain a safe and secure working and learning environment, applicants new to Lethbridge School Division who are offered employment must provide: A satisfactory Intervention Record Check from South Region Alberta Child and Family Services.
