Personal Lines Service Manager - 9414 Location: We are looking for a seasoned personal lines account manager or team lead looking for the next step. Empower a team of nine account managers teaching and building efficiencies along the way. This is an in-office position. As the Personal Lines Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of insurance services to their valued clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the personal lines service team, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering a customer-centric environment focused on satisfaction and retention. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of personal lines customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service experiences. Client Management: Policy Administration: Oversee the processing of new policies, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and attention to detail. Claims Assistance: Serve as a point of contact for clients throughout the claims process, offering guidance, support, and advocacy to ensure timely resolution. Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and ongoing development opportunities to new hires and team members to enhance their knowledge and skills in personal lines insurance. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve targets. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards in all service operations. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the service department, implementing best practices to streamline workflows. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments, including sales, underwriting, and claims, to foster seamless communication and collaboration in serving clients. Provide feedback and information to leaders on team performance, client feedback and strategic planning purposes. RIBO License required. Post secondary in business administration, insurance, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior personal lines or team lead position and a minimum of 5+ years in the insurance industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in Powerbroker, Compu quote and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of insurance regulations, policies, and procedures. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive informed decision-making.
