Oversee the team - construction, welding, fabrication, finishing Planning - Reviews upcoming production schedule and plans material and labour requirements accordingly in order to meet or exceed timelines. Production - Adheres to the construction production schedule to keep projects on time and within projected costs Material and inventory management 3+ years in construction or fabrication leading a team ~ Ability to manage projects (multiple) from start to finish ~ Strong planning skills ~
