Job Description – Assistant Shipping & Production Coordinator ONSITE IN VANCOUVER M ust have expertise with shipping logistics, including documentation requirements, customs regulations, and freight forwarding processes Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in order to coordinate with various departments, suppliers, and shipping partners to ensure timely delivery and production schedules are met The role will involve troubleshooting logistical issues, resolving production delays, or addressing shipping discrepancies so candidate must have exceptional problem-solving skills and be able to easily adapt to new situations Responsibilities include but not limited to: Produce detailed, accurate paperwork for shipping and production, such as invoice creation, and ensure timely distribution of perishable seafood products assist with shipping logistics for local and international orders assist plant production staff with processing and order execution
