Role: Application Support Analyst Locations: Mississauga, ON Strong Application production support experience in the financial industry. Knowledge/experience of Incident, Problem, change preferably on ServiceNow. Experience working on Linux/Unix Environment. Experience with UNIX shell scripting. SQL experience in any of the RDBMS. Knowledge and working experience of monitoring tools. Ability to have worked with offshore teams and operating in a virtual team environment.
