Our client is a leading Real Estate Developer located in North York, and is seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support the Commercial Properties division. Please note that this role works full-time onsite in the office. Filing for Commercial Department including Leasing, Development, Tenant and Acquisition departments – creating files and labels, adding files onto the shared drive, maintaining and organizing filing systems; Couriers - preparing packages, envelopes, labels for couriers, maps and site plans for department; Organize and prepare for team meetings as required, responsible for preparing and updating project status reports and typing minutes of meetings; Other clerical duties - assist with correspondence, letters, memos, monthly expense reports; Managing IT issues for the Commercial Department; Manage and updating website; Other tasks as requested by the Commercial Department. 2-3 years of experience in an office environment; ~ A "can do" attitude and willingness to step in and help whenever needed; ~ Customer service experience will be an asset in this role; ~ Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.
