We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project teams and manage the development of complex residential projects from conception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing all phases of architectural projects, with a focus on wood frame construction. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of 4-6 story wood frame residential projects. Lead project teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication between all stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD software to review designs, plans, and specifications. Ensure compliance with all building codes, regulations, and firm standards. Mentor junior staff and contribute to the professional development of the team. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on residential projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential. Strong leadership skills and experience in team management. Knowledge of local building codes and construction methods related to wood frame construction. PMP certification is an asset. Flexible work arrangements with a hybrid work model.
