Directly reporting to the VP Product, your mission is to lead the global operations department which aims to optimize operational efficiency and improve the customer experience. Collaborate with the CEO, the VP Products and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with corporate objectives. Oversee demand & financial planning, inventory levels, and monitor financial performance to ensure the company achieves its financial objectives. Identify potential risks to the organization and implement measures to mitigate them, including developing contingency plans and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Provide leadership and direction to the organization's operational teams, foster a positive and collaborative work environment, and promote employee development and engagement. Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments and teams within the organization to ensure alignment and coordination in the achievement of corporate objectives. Ensure that the organization delivers a high quality customer experience by maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction. Oversee the development and implementation of technology and infrastructure solutions to support the organization's operations and drive innovation. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the organization's performance, and provide regular reports and updates to the CEO and VP Products.
