The successful candidate will manage all client accounts. He/she will be responsible for invoicing, collections, and organizing payment schedules. The successful candidate will require an in-depth knowledge of all programs, terms and conditions, policies, and pricing to support the finance and registration teams. In addition, he/she will be responsible for building rapport and relationships with both clients and colleagues to effectively deliver results with a customer service mindset. Lastly, he/she will be responsible for extracting, producing, and analyzing key Excel reports to align with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles. Responsibilities: Provide support to finance and registration teams all financial inquiries; as well as take ownership of, and manage, issue resolution Answer phone and email inquiries about financial details for all programs Develop expertise of cancellation and payment policy, standard operating procedures, and deadlines for all offered programs Develop and retain knowledge of all offered promotions and discounts Demonstrate understanding and compassion with clients while strictly enforcing payment deadlines and collections policies Generate Excel reporting as needed Input daily registrations into QuickBooks database with high attention to detail and accuracy Track payments, organize payment plans, and post installment transactions Follow-up with families regarding late and/or declined payments Ad hoc duties as required Skills & Qualifications: Must be comfortable calling and collecting payments from clients Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines as needed Proven customer service experience and leadership Exceptional organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables and standard formulas Experience with QuickBooks is a strong asset Working Style & Character Traits: High attention to detail and accuracy Solution-oriented approach and strong problem solving abilities Comfortable managing and leading a team environment Friendly and approachable demeanor; patient and understanding with clients Comfortable working in a growing and often fast-paced work environment Desire to have an impact and make meaningful contributions to the organization Education & Experience: ~ Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred ~2-4 years' worth of direct job experience in a customer service related field
