Coach, lead, and manage retail staff to foster a cohesive and motivated team. Facilitate team building activities and provide ongoing employee development opportunities. Manage floor operations during shifts to enhance guest experience, optimize salesmanship, and maintain labor and cost controls. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
