That is why we are proud to offer our full-time employees the following benefits to aid in their well-being and performance: Medical and Dental Benefits AutoCanada is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner responsible for providing people management support, advice, and consultation in partnership with leaders and Team Members. This position provides HR expertise to our Corporate and Retail teams, including all levels of leadership, management, and Team Members around topics such as: talent acquisition, employee engagement, employee relations, coaching, workforce planning, and performance management. Health and Dental Benefits Partner with senior regional leaders, people managers, and employees to provide consultative HR advice that will support the strategic growth of the business Provide timely information and/or education for all levels of the region on HR issues Understand the business needs and partner/collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop solutions Manage and facilitate regional office new hire orientation and on-boarding Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, training and development, employee coaching, and compensation Assist senior regional leaders and people managers with the development of departmental employee engagement action plans and that foster employee satisfaction Educate, coach, and partner with managers on performance management and employee development goals Champion a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results Collaborate with the People & Culture (P&C) team to support projects and the successful completion of quarterly and annual objectives Provide insights and recommendations to the P&C team to aid in the development of policies and procedures Lead and employee conduct investigations, in consultation with the P&C Compliance Manager and/or team members Educate team members on compensation practices, including compensation, performance feedback, performance calibration, and career transitions Conduct regional and senior leadership exit interviews, providing analysis and recommendations to senior leadership for change activities Bachelor's degree in human resources management, organizational development, or equivalent work experience ~ Automotive/ Dealership or multi-unit/ province Retail experience over a Region or Retail considered an asset ~3-5 years of work experience in Human Resources as an HR Generalist, Human Resources Manager, HRBP, etc. ~ Certified HR designation or working towards it is considered an asset ~ Work experience or education in employment law or other area of regulation is an asset ~ Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)~ Experience and ability to work with HRIS & ATS software (e.g., Workday, ADP) are considered an asset ~ Ability to handle data with confidentiality and discretion ~ For more information on our Company, please visit our website at To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter on the Careers portion of our website.
