Have you got experience of working within a chemical plant engineering environment? Are you a Maintenance Millwright or Pipefitter/Welder? Are you looking to progress into a Maintenance Manager position?

This family-owned business specialises in the design and manufacture of chemical products. They are undergoing a period of rapid growth, where they are now one of Canada's biggest companies within their industry. As a result, they have undergone huge investment, and they are opening a new state of the art site in 2025. Due to this, they are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their expert team.

In this role you will take a leadership role in coordinating and facilitating the maintenance of the plant equipment and building. You will complete all maintenance and repair work of all plant equipment onsite.

This role would ideally suit a Maintenance Supervisor who has worked within a chemical plant environment, who is looking for fantastic training and development, whilst progressing to the maintenance manager long-term.
