PrecisionERP/IT is recruiting for Organizational Change Management (OCM) consultant for an exciting project with our client in Regina, SK (Canada) The OCM consultant is expected to use their experience and expertise to support the organizational change management efforts on the assigned project(s) through creation and delivery of organizational change management deliverables in alignment with the Prosci/ADKAR methodology and best practices. This role focuses on the creation of organizational change management work products and deliverables for distribution to the project team, project manager and/or business lead and relates to creation of work products for proofing by the project team, project manager and/or business lead and deployment through the sponsor assigned to the project(s). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Prepare for change by working with the project team through the Project Manager and/or Business Lead assigned to understand the project and assess the magnitude of change from the current state to post implementation. 2. Maintaining project documentation related to the organizational change management activities as per client project standards and guidance. 3. Following Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the standards set out by Change and Business Solutions to deliver OCM for the project(s) and/or initiative(s). 4. Facilitating discussions for the purpose of gathering and understanding the stakeholders and impacts of the change. 5. Identify a set of actionable and targeted OCM activities and efforts to be included in the overall project plan. 6. Develop the required organizational change management deliverables including, but not limited to, the Change Management strategy, Change Management Plan, communication plan, sponsor engagement and reports, training plan, reinforcement plan and resistance management plan. 7. Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary. 8. Working independently and collaboratively with team members as required. REQUIRED SKILLS: Knowledge of Change Management Experience leading Change Management on an IT projects Knowledge of Continuous Improvement OR Agile methodology and Project Management for IT projects Maintaining project documentation related to all the change management activities Experience delivering a Change Management Strategy, Change Management Plan including a communication plan, sponsor reports, training plan and resistance management plans Experience with conducting readiness assessments, evaluate results, identify risks, issues and anticipated points of resistance and make recommendations as necessary
