The Role The Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning and Analysis will help the company grow by supporting the company's Clinic planning function, deliver deeper clinic business insight, and help drive clinic performance. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, this role will focus on being: A critical financial partner to the Regional Director(s) ("RD"), Field Operations The owner of the clinic budgets and forecasts for their region An identifier of key insights to enable improved operating performance Responsibilities: Establish strong relationships with Regional and Operations Directors within their region Working with the RD(s) in their region, deliver the annual clinic budgets and periodic forecasts for that region Collaborate with the clinic-focused FP&A team and work closely with Corporate FP&A functions Develop and circulate relevant KPIs and tools for the field team to drive operational improvement Measure the clinic performance against defined budgets, forecasts, and operational targets Deliver clear, concise, relevant, and timely reporting to the FP&A team on weekly or monthly basis, consistent with timelines required by the executive leadership team and IVC Background, Experience and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics or related discipline Minimum 3 to 4 years of previous accounting, finance CFA or CPA is a strong asset Proven strong financial modeling skills Advanced knowledge in MS Excel Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Power BI Basic knowledge of developing query/coding for data analytics, such as SQL, DAX, etc. Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively with all levels of management Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, organize and report information Ability to work independently but as a part of a team Excellent interpersonal skills You're comfortable working in a pet friendly environment, when visiting the office Our Ideal Candidate possesses the following Cultural Competencies We are Relationship Focused!~ In every interaction with the hospitals, we build and maintain personal connections and trust.
