Our client, a leading automotive product distributer is looking to bring on a experienced and driven HR BP! Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with government regulations, ensuring compliance across the organization. Oversee the recruitment and hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems, including HubSpot, Sandler, serving as the primary point of contact for support and training. Act as the first point of contact for HR support and inquiries, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency. Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and key performance indicators for senior management review. Support strategic initiatives and projects aimed at organizational growth and expansion. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, with a strong understanding of government policies and regulations. Proven track record of implementing HR policies and procedures and leading HR initiatives. Experience with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Willingness to travel as needed for business-related purposes. Knowledge of HR legislation and practices, including Employment Standards and Human Rights regulations.
