We're thrilled to announce a dynamic opportunity for a Data Entry Analyst to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of information within SAP as part of our global initiative to establish a robust master data repository
Job Responsibilities
• Manage daily requests for new data creation, raise questions or concerns with the business units, log issues with the data provider, confirm issue resolution
• Perform customer master data maintenance and creation tasks within SAP
• Utilize Salesforce, Highradius, and SAP for new customer creation
• Ensure data quality and adherence to data governance policies and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure consistency
• Implement and enforce master data management best practices
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and address concerns
• Monitoring of the New Accounts inbox daily for requests
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Demonstrable experience with SAP or similar ERP systems, showcasing proficiency in data management and manipulation.
- Strong command of Excel, enabling effective data analysis and reporting.
- Previous experience within the Toy Industry is advantageous, particularly in areas such as customer service, marketing or sales support, operations, or finance.
- Familiarity with UPC/EAN standards is highly desirable, facilitating a deeper understanding of industry norms and requirements.
