Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage large-scale projects related to contaminated sites remediation and management.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate field investigations, sampling, and monitoring activities.
- Analyze and interpret environmental data to support decision-making and reporting.
- Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, and subcontractors as the primary point of contact.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science, Geology, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) managing contaminated sites projects, preferably in a consulting or environmental services environment.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, guidelines, and permitting processes in British Columbia.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
