The Care Company is looking for awesome, self-driven Nurses (RPNs and RNs) to support an elderly client with Dementia. Shifts: 8-12 hour shifts available days, evenings, and overnights needed FULL-TIME hours available Adhere to providing personal care and help clients with their ADLs (hygiene assistance, bathing, and medications administration) that is within the scope of practice for a Registered Practical Nurse Provide exceptional patient care as outlined in their care plans, supporting patients with all applicable medical needs Observe the patients' medical health as well as their physical and mental responses An asset if you own vehicle and have a valid driver's licence (not required) Negative TB Test completed within the last year COVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Coordinators when needed. 24/7 Nursing Oversight Educational Training Opportunities Health and Wellness Program Opportunity for group health and dental benefits
