Description: Role: Expert in change management Duration: Mandate 6 to 12 months Bilingualism: French & English Hybrid, 40% face-to-face in the Montreal office. Actual title of the position: Expert in change management of technological initiatives Responsibilities: •Act as an expert in organizational evolution to ensure the adoption of the right mindset and associated behaviors for hyperautomation projects, in particular through the definition and implementation of change management strategies. •Determine and design activities and communications related to the different strategies. •Determine, design and implement change management approaches and tools to support teams and projects in achieving their objectives. •Collaborate in analyzing the impacts of changes on work organization, systems and tools, processes, behaviors, roles and responsibilities, skills and workload. •Design and support change management activities related to deployment. •Influence and establish a spirit of collaboration so that all stakeholders work towards a common goal. •Align all activities with the overall development strategy. Required: Knowledge and expertise •Expertise in change management and cultural evolution •Excellent stakeholder management skills •Good capacity for influence, facilitation and leadership skills •Ability to make connections between different mandates and strategies • Ability to carry out several mandates at the same time and good organizational skills •Excellent capacities for adaptation and innovation •Ease of navigating and performing in ambiguity. Required skills • Demonstrated experience in change management and organizational transformation • Demonstrated experience in organizational communications as part of large-scale technological transformation projects • Experience in project management or deployment of initiatives • Bachelor's degree related to the sector of activity and seven years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the sector of activity and five years of relevant experience
