Empowering Tomorrow's Transit Leaders Manpower is proud to announce their partnership with the Toronto Transit Commission (TTC) in the search for their next Chief Capital Officer (CCO)! Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the CCO will play a pivotal role in spearheading the design and construction of their network infrastructure related to Capital Projects, ensuring excellence in project delivery and strategic direction. As the CCO, you will lead the Engineering, Construction, and Expansion Group (EC&E), overseeing a dynamic team responsible for capital projects totaling approximately $7 billion over the next decade. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in driving forward the transformative vision for the TTC, supporting the projected growth of the GTA region while upholding the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. active leadership to the EC&E Group, ensuring exceptional performance, quality, and customer service. and champion a multi-year strategic infrastructure implementation plan, aligning resources to achieve business objectives. the design, environmental analysis, and construction oversight of Capital Projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion. contract negotiation and business relationship development with stakeholders and government agencies. the TTC in legal, financial, and public safety matters related to design and construction. experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on infrastructure projects -design, engineering, financials and budgeting, construction management, transportation, as applied to linear infrastructure, structures, roadways, facilities, and related transportation projects background in project management, financial planning, and government relations. knowledge of Bentley, Primavera, and Revit software. in both public and private sector environments preferred. Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field; MBA preferred. certification or equivalent certification an asset.
