We're looking for a passionate and driven Womenswear Fashion Designer to join our team! This individual will be working within a dynamic and inspiring design team. This role will work directly with the Design Director. Tasks: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, analyze runways and consumer preferences; Participate & develop collection concept mood boards and color palettes to establish the desired aesthetic for each season; Create original designs and follow through the entire process from initial sketch CAD, techpack, prototype & SMS; Create presentation boards & sketch boards for internal review meetings; Create & maintain collection plan boards used for internal planning purposes; Work closely with suppliers and oversea product development and costing; Create styles in our ERP system and ensure any changes & updates are reflected in the system throughout the system; Participate in fittings and relay comments & changes to the factory; Coordinate & maintain follow up lists for sampling; Collaborate with the Marketing team on Product Features for ecommerce; Adhere to the Design & Development calendar and make sure all deadlines & key milestones are met. Requirements: Fashion Design Diploma in Womenswear Must have 2+ years experience in similar role Strong Illustrator skills Strong Organizational Skills Smart, Driven & Hardworking Great Aesthetic Loves Fashion Flexibility to travel
