PrecisionERP/IT Inc. is searching for a Contracts Manager within the off-Cloud Support Renewals organization. The role includes the preparation, negotiation, administration, and management of existing and prospective customer contracts. The ideal candidate will be innovative in solving business problems and challenges, coordinate business and legal issues and questions, follow-up on responses with other departments within the organization, and be energetic, focused and results oriented with a high level of integrity and honesty. Regularly exercise judgment within defined policies and guidelines. Review, negotiate and amend contractual paperwork as required to align to client business standards, including (eg: purchase orders), quotations, signed agreements relating to software support, public sector, framework and OEM accounts Participate in contract negotiation calls with existing and prospective customers, supporting the Sales, Support Renewals and Legal groups as needed. Negotiating mutually acceptable support terms, securing appropriate approvals, and drafting final contract documents Assist with special projects and team/departmental initiatives Experience dealing with contract review, drafting & negotiation and general business acumen, preferably within the software industry or related field Additional language skills would be a bonus. Ability to identify issues and determine when escalation to management is required Proven ability to interact effectively with all levels of the company including executive management Strong capabilities and expertise in Microsoft Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel Experience with business deal risk analysis and revenue recognition concepts Experience contracting with international, Government and regulated bodies a plus
