We are looking for a compassionate and caring *Licensed Practical Nurse* to join our amazing care team in one of our beautiful long term care facilities*, Eden Care Center.**Facility Address: *9100 Charles Street, Chilliwack, BC V2P 5K6*Position Details: *Temporary Full Time. 1500-2300. 4 days on- 2 days off. *Compensation: *$31.89 per hour *Responsibilities** Performs assessments. * Plans, implements, and provides personal and nursing care to residents. * Administers oral and subcutaneous medications in accordance with pharmaceutical and organizational policies and procedures * Directly supervises care staff to meet resident's needs. * Performs other duties as assigned. *Qualifications** Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program. * Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of BC. * Current CPR and First Aid certification. * Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing. * Knowledge and background in Dementia care (preferred). * Cultural education and experience are preferred *The successful applicant for this job posting must provide satisfactory proof, or have such proof on file, that they have received the COVID-19 vaccination and any required COVID-19 booster vaccination.
