JobDuties:

• Efficiently help customers select parts and provideinternal and external customers (retail and shop) with high-quality service.
• Answer telephone calls, indicate prices, and provideany other information.
• Take orders for parts by telephone, techniciancounter, retail counter, and wholesale accounts.
• Receive payments from retail customers.
• Handle customer complaints immediately and accordingto the dealership's guidelines.

SuccessfulCandidates Possess:

• Prior KIA experience, wholesale parts and PBS system experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat andengaging attitude.
• Customer relationship skills, including listening andthe ability to communicate effectively.
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills.
• Ability to manage and resolve difficult customercomplaints.
• Organized and detail orientated.
• Ability to follow set and standard procedures.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability tomulti-task.
• Flexible and open to change; take on special tasks asneeded.
• Ability to work independently and takeself-initiative
• Must have driver's license and clean drivers abstractstrong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs.
• Basic computer skills.
