As a successful Licensed Condominium Property Manager you must be able to interact and communicate honestly, effectively and respectfully with Property Owners and Boards of Directors to resolve any issues that may arise and communicate and enforce the Condominium Act. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in condominium property management. Preference will be given to candidates with their RCM designation. Have a general understanding of building mechanical operations and physical management. Have the ability to negotiate and manager vendors and their contracts. Oversee the day to day operations of a large new condominium property. Conduct daily site inspections and follow up. Manage and oversee full-time, part-time and after hours building staff, including hiring, training, health and safety.
