Job Description:

The Mixed Signal Development Group is responsible for delivering high-speed analog and mixed-signal IP to divisions within Microchip. We work with leading edge CMOS processes to produce analog integrated circuits for wireline applications. From PCIe to 112+Gb/s SERDES, we enable technology that allows Microchip's products to interface to the outside world.

As a member of the Mixed-Signal Development Group, the candidate will be engaged in the validation of SERDES IP blocks.

Responsibilities:

  • Work on the post silicon test plan for the IP.
  • Validate the IP according to the test plan.
  • Develop low-level FW code/algorithm for IP features.
  • Debug silicon to root cause issues and propose solutions.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors/Masters Degree in EE
  • Work experience: 0-2 years of experience is preferred
  • Experience with lab equipment, Linux & Windows.
  • Proficiency with C/C++

Benefits of working at Microchip

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000 to $114,000.*

*Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
