Commercial Real Estate Appraiser
AACI Designation

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and accurate Comprehensive and Concise real estate appraisals for all types of properties inclusive, but not limited to, commercial, industrial, multi-family, going-concern valuations, farm, acreages, etc.
- Collaborate with a team of appraisers and communicate with other departments and stakeholders in the industry.
- Stay updated on market trends, industry changes, and attend continuing-education courses as required.
- Conduct site visits and field inspections across Southern Alberta.
Requirements:
- Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) Designation.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in real estate appraisals.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Computer proficiency including MS Office Suite.
- Membership in good standing with the AIC (Appraisal Institute of Canada).
