Type of Position: Regular Overview of Your Future Role at BBA

As part of Hydro-Québec's substation projects, you'll be required to:

1. Serve in various roles, including team leader, project leader, and proposal leader.
2. Design protection panels (control and wiring diagrams).
3. Draft installation specifications and lists of equipment, cables, and interconnections.
4. Participate in site surveys.
5. Coordinate work with managers from other disciplines.
6. Participate in automation start-up activities.

As a team leader, you'll be required to:

• Manage the team effectively and create a climate that fosters motivation and recognition.
• Regularly communicate with team members, regardless of where they work.
• Help ensure quality relationships among team members, disciplines, and project management.
• Promote quality by applying the quality management system and using BBA's tools and work methods.

Overview of Certifications and Job Requirements

• University degree in engineering
• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec
• More than eight years of experience in control and protection projects at Hydro-Québec
• Knowledge of design software
• Experience managing a team (of two to five resources)
• Willingness to take the "From Professional to Manager" training offered by the HR department (after starting the position)
• Available for short- and long-term work assignments at client sites in Canada
• Bilingual (English and French)
