Job Location:
- Hybrid Agreement (2 days per week remote work permitted and the remainder in-office).

- Employment terms and conditions: Full-Time, permanent, weekdays, 35 hours per week
- Anticipated start date: As soon as possible.
- Wage: $83,059 to $125,413 based on experience. Annual pay for performance program. Salary increases as per company policy.

Duties:
- Develop Change Management Strategies including Impacted and Interested Parties analyses, Socialization Plans, and recommended Adoption Approaches.
- Create Change Management Plans that interpret technical changes in plain language to clearly document the nature and need for the change, ask questions to clarify change and impacts, establish impacted groups, and build alignment and understanding on required support.
- Take a leadership role in coordinating the people-side of the change, working closely with project teams, communications, learning and development and the business to identify tactics, track progress and enable end-user adoption.
- Create recommendations on change sustainment post-project.
- Coach staff in developing change competencies (for example: ADKAR methodology, visible sponsorship, change leadership, storytelling, facilitation, adopting a user focused end-to end approach).
- Measure and report on project success from a change management/adoption perspective.
- Lead and oversee change management processes and make recommendations to improve collaboration, user-focus, innovation, and success in change initiatives.
