Lead and manage assurance engagements, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and within scope. Oversee project financials, including budgeting, work in progress (WIP), and billing. Mentor and coach team members, enhancing their technical and professional skills. CPA designation with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a public accounting firm. Proficiency in Canadian Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and/or Not-For-Profit Organizations (ASNPO). A solid foundation in business, accounting, and management principles. Experience with accounting and tax software, such as CaseWare and TaxPrep, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
