Education:

College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year

Experience:

1 year to less than 2 years

Tasks:
  1. Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
  2. Prepare and post notices and advertisements
  3. Collect and screen applicants
  4. Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  5. Review candidate inventories
  6. Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
  7. Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
  8. Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
  9. Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training
Computer and technology knowledge:

MS Windows, MS Excel, MS Word
