Role reports to: MANAGER TRADE CUSTOMIZATION As a key leader of the Trade Customization team, this individual is responsible for the overall development, execution, and project management of promotional, bonus and SRT (shelf ready trays) and potentially other new programs. They are accountable to deliver key metrics including Unit Fill Rate, CIPs, SLOB and inventory. People responsibility including managing up to three direct reports. Accountable for the Promotional, Bonus & SRT's and potentially other new programs UFR (Unit Fill Rate), inventory, profit, and other key metrics. Collaborates with Sales and Marketing partners to in support of Customer promotional strategies and recommend appropriate course of action for the development of Trade Promotions programs. Provide on-going feedback and assessment of current TC suppliers, and support Trade Customization RFP renewal process for supplier selection. Liaison b etween brands and TC supplier for new design discussions for displays, bonus packs & SRT items, ensuring designs are aligned with Brand strategies. Accountable in managing TC spend in displays/bonus/SRT in line with target expectation, including ensuring costing estimates are provided ahead of governance meeting. Partner with Trade Promotions Manager and Marketing Finance manager to develop and track against budget including rebates calculation. Responsible in communicating supply chain constraints to commercial team, highlight issues in take rates to both commercial and supply team, and plays an active role in driving process improvement, and optimizing opportunities. Evaluate all governed projects and create executional plan with direct report team to ensure on-time delivery and mitigate any risks. Responsible in managing direct reports performance and support their career development plans. Lead team in executing inventory reconciliation quarterly at all TC sites, update SOP where/when needed, and submit to manager for approval annually. Partner with QA risk mitigate any compliance concerns. 5-7 years' experience in a similar or related role, including project management and/or supply chain management. Proficient in MS Office software Knowledge of the Customers, the retail environment and their expectations related to product and promotions. Thrives in a dynamic and fast paced environment – demonstrates ability to work and effectively manage priorities. Solid interpersonal skills, maintaining effective working relationships with external suppliers (Third Party Packaging Contractors and Component Vendors) as well as numerous internal cross-functional business partners.
