Job Description Role: Your passion for fieldwork and the environment will see you executing and leading a variety of programs related to the assessment, monitoring, management, and remediation of contaminated sites. No two days will be the same as you lead and support different aspects of varied projects at a range of urban and remote sites including upstream, midstream, and downstream oil and gas facilities, commercial and industrial properties, and federal and municipal owned sites. Your knowledge and experience will be invaluable to our team and will see you involved in the full life cycle of projects as you assist the project manager with budgeting, planning, coordinating, and executing projects, data analysis and reviews, and reporting. Key Responsibilities # Participation in all facets of environmental or contaminated site projects including Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, remediation programs, and long-term environmental monitoring of sites # Participate in fieldwork programs involving sampling and monitoring of soil, groundwater, soil vapour, surface water, decommissioning and remediation programs, and remediation system operation and maintenance # Assist with the preparation of a variety of technical reports # Support project managers with project planning, coordination, reporting, and tracking schedules and budget # Assist with technical and financial proposal preparation Working @ SLR With us, there is no doubt you'll grow your subject-matter expertise and industry knowledge.
