Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are advantageous. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in managing modern IT ecosystems, including hybrid cloud environments, cybersecurity frameworks, network architecture, and enterprise software solutions. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong capability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, fostering understanding and support across the organization. Agile in adapting to new technologies and business needs, with a forward-thinking approach to IT strategy and innovation.
