Ray-Mont Logistics is currently seeking an Accounting Analyst to join its vibrant team. This is a permanent full-time position of 40 hours per week. As a professional team member of Ray-Mont Logistics the main responsibilities of the Accounting Analyst consist of the following:
Specific Tasks
- Actively participate in the month-end and year-end processes (preparation, execution and documentation)
- Prepare, maintain and follow-up on month-end supporting documents
- Analyse and document the month over month cost variation for assigned companies
- Prepare the bank reconciliation
- Reconcile the interco accounts within the group
- Review and optimise the month-end process with the the Reporting Manager
- Prepare various reports for management
- Occasionally, make data entry in the operational systems
- Participate in all other ad-hoc needs
Qualifications
- Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written: bilingual environment and suppliers mostly anglophone
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or in Business Administration
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Good knowledge of the Office Suite, especially of Microsoft Excel
- Asset: Experience with ERP Systems – Microsoft D365 Ideally
