Job Title: Civil Engineering Project Manager

Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join a growing team. In this role, you will oversee a team of civil technologists and manage all aspects of the client projects, from design to installation. The successful candidate will be a natural leader with strong technical expertise and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of the civil technologist department
- Lead and mentor a team of civil technologists, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Oversee the design and engineering process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or concerns
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders on project status and milestones
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering project management or similar capacity
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil engineering projects from conception to completion
- In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques
- Familiarity with industry-standard software tools and technologies
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Competitive salary ($90,000 – $120,000)
