Textbook Teachers are recruiting Qualified Primary Teachers who are looking to start their Supply teaching journey. Supply teaching offers flexibility in your work schedule, meaning you will have full control of when you work so that you can have an improved work/life balance; something you may not get when in a permanent role. It is a fantastic route to take if you would like to experience teaching in different schools on a daily/weekly basis. By listening to your preferences, your consultant will be looking for suitable roles in local schools to boost your confidence and give you the opportunity to bring your transferable skills to the classroom. We invite all Qualified Primary Teachers to join our ever-growing pool of Supply teachers, including both newly qualified and experienced teachers. Our work assignments range from day-to-day Supply to long-term roles that could potentially leave to permanent positions. With our strong client relationship, we are confident that we can help you gain experience before deciding which school you want to apply for. You may even prefer being a Supply teacher over a permanent class teacher. As a Supply teacher, you will not bear the responsibility of planning lessons, attending meetings, writing reports (unless agreed in the role) – you will teach pre planned lessons and complete any marking before the day ends.
