On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for a Cloud Architect to provide thought leadership for the plan and execution of cloud solutions. The Cloud Architect will work with multiple vendors, employees, contractors and work closely and effectively with stakeholders in a collaborative manner to set direction for cloud solutions. Develop technology roadmaps and architecture standards to guide and optimize cloud technologies deployment • Plan, lead, design, and govern cloud solution implementation for major initiatives including assurance of third-party deliverables • Participate in executive and working committee review of architecture design and advise on new initiatives • Interfaces with industry on current trends in business and information technology • Provide ad-hoc support to cloud operation team during critical incidents to help meet defined IT service levels and business / customer expectations Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience • 10+ years of technical experience in areas such as system administration, software development, DevOps • Delivery experience with SDLC - both project and Agile/Scrum development methodologies • Delivery experience integrating cloud methodologies and technologies into existing IT service management processes • Ability to think strategically and relate architectural decisions / recommendations to business needs and long-term enterprise roadmap • Understand the importance of cybersecurity security and privacy • Experience with programming and scripting languages (i.e. YAML, JSON, Python, C#, Java, etc.)• Hourly Rate: $115-$130 Per Hour.
