Florette is looking for a passionate Head Chef / Chef de Cuisine to help lead our small team as we continue to grow.

We're a restaurant on Queen West dishing out funky food and cocktails, in a cozy, stylish space. Our menu focuses on contemporary comfort and sharing plates done in a "quintessentially Toronto" way - big flavours, multicultural ingredients, unpretentious presentation, with a throughline of refinement.

We're working on building an incredible restaurant by first building an amazing place to work. Somewhere that is collaborative, caring, and fun, with a truly positive environment for everyone working in the kitchen.

We love this industry and are building what we hope to be an industry spot! We love and will work hard to support people who want to continue their growth in hospitality.

Our pay range is $75,000-$85,000, inclusive of tips.

Besides significant experience in BOH management roles at quality-focused restaurants, we're looking to build a team with:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
