The Corporate Concierge will serve as the point of contact and will provide support the unit with administrative duties. Now, if you were to come on board as one of our Corporate Concierge , we'd ask you to do the following for us: Manage multiple corporate floors and employee lounge areas. Support executives onsite to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any issues. Manage meeting room calendars, schedule audio-visual equipment, and train end users. Manage supplies, tidy café, and meet with vendors. Inspect facilities daily, checking for stains, lights, and repairs. Think you have what it takes to be a Corporate Concierge ? Relevant post-secondary education and 1-year of experience in office administration required. Strong skills in time management, organization, and project management. Exceptional customer service skills with the willingness to be flexible. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
