The Sales & Marketing Intern – Vision Care, will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Sales & Marketing tactics in the Vision Care business. The incumbent will work closely with the Brand Managers to identify projects and opportunities to support the overarching Sales & Marketing objectives. o Management of marketing material inventory, recommendations for printing liaise with sales force and sales management o Supporting Every Contact Counts, performing customer outreach to discuss the program, get testimonials, identify any opportunities to highlight individual clinics participating in the program o Identifying sales opportunities for Territory Managers o Drive sampling of Biotrue Preservative free drops, servicing accounts for contact lens trials • Take on other assignments and projects as necessary. In process of completing University Bachelor's Program in a relevant field (B.Sc, B.Demonstrates skills related to brand marketing, market/competitive analysis, project planning • Strong Organization skills, ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously • Goal-oriented, project-oriented, and achievement-oriented • Ability to recognize, embrace and exploit emerging technologies/opportunities to gain a competitive marketing advantage Drive, coupled with energetic, entrepreneurial leadership qualities • Building Relationships and using Influence • Ability to manage the matrix and deal with ambiguity, including strong emotional intelligence and communication skills that facilitate decision making and execution • Personal Qualities: • Calculated risk-taker; Minorities, women, veterans, and individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
