Human Resources Coordinator

The Human Resources Coordinator provides comprehensive support of the day-to-day operations of human resources ensuring the efficient delivery of processes and maintaining the accuracy of employee records. The Human Resources Coordinator provides customer focused, accurate HR support to the organization to achieve the organization's goals and objectives.

What we look for?

  • Post secondary accreditation in Human Resources Management.
  • At least five years of experience in full-cycle HR.
  • Working towards CPHR designation an asset.
  • Knowledge of human resources functions and Employment Standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.

What will you do?

Talent Management and Development:

  • Conduct recruitment of new employees including job posting and interview scheduling.
  • Arrange onboarding of new staff, including preparing documentation and administration process.
  • Manage orientation process and conduct HR-related briefings.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, administering job grant and course enrolment.
  • Develop connections within the industry to attract talented candidates as a Rohit Brand Ambassador.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Serve as a key advisor on all employee-related matters regarding benefits, WCB claims, and resignations.
  • Prepare documentation required for promotions, salary increases, bonuses, and other administrative support.
  • Conduct check-in meetings with employees as directed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
