As a full-stack engineer, you will work with your team to help enhance the incident analysis experience for PagerDuty customers. In November 2023, PagerDuty acquired Jeli , the best-in-class platform for incident analysis. You will utilize best practices in software engineering to architect, code, test, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and adhere to internal standards. With 20,000+ global customers and growing, you'll be solving really interesting technical challenges while helping to scale our product to keep up with demand. You will participate in your team's on-call rotation, triaging and addressing production issues as they arise. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability and performance of integrated solutions. You have 2+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer working on customer-facing applications. You are proficient with at least one of the following programming languages and frameworks: Javascript / NodeJS, TypeScript / React, Python, Ruby / Rails, or Java. You have experience writing unit or integration tests, using continuous integration / delivery, and operating production services. You have managed schema and data with relational databases like MySQL The base salary range for this position is 114,000 - 167,000 CAD.
