Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), one of 36 Conservation Authorities in Ontario, has more than 60 years of experience. TRCA was established to safeguard and improve the health and well-being of watershed communities through the preservation and restoration of the natural environment and the ecological services it offers.
The TRCA seeks to advance sustainable practices that enhance people's lives in our expanding region, preserve the integrity and health of the rivers and creeks within the jurisdiction, and create a network of green spaces and natural areas that supports regional ecosystems.
What will you need to succeed:
- Education (degrees, certificates, and diplomas)
- 2-3 years of experience after high school in business or commerce
- 1 to 2 years of expertise
- Knowledge/Skill/Ability
- Understanding of accounting principles, management procedures, and tools
- Adherence to transactional services' internal and external regulations
- Good verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Adherence to rules governing transactional services
- A track record of time management
- Knowledge about computers.
