This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate, and make tradeoffs and balance business needs versus technical constraints. Experience with Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations Ability to simplify the technically complex and drive well-educated decisions across product, engineering, design, and data science representatives. Regularly review project progress, performance against targets, and any deviations, and send progress reports to stakeholders and executive management. Manage the overall schedule, proactively mitigate risks, communicate program status and keep the scope of engineering efforts under control. Deeply understand the operational, business and technical requirements of the solutions being built and drive the right outcomes. 5+ years of project management or scrum master experience. ~ Proven experience with managing global teams with DevOps practices. ~ Experience in agile/enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Zoom, MS Teams. ~ Preferred Scrum Master certification. ~ Preferred Flex or other Product Lifecycle Management experience.
